Due to the many variations of container surfaces and sizes, we cannot guarantee the adhesion of the label on a product unless we have tested the label on your product onsite in a controlled environment over a 72 hour time frame. Our graphic designers will check your approved artwork quickly but once you have approved the proof, we will not take responsibility for spelling errors, grammatical errors or any other errors in your artwork.
Almost all of our printing is done digitally. Our technology will enable us to go close to matching your colours from previous jobs. However, with digital printing an exact colour match is not guaranteed.
Our delivery expectation is to despatch your order within 7-10 working days of proof approval. We will rush urgent orders and can print some orders within 24 hours. However, we do rely on outside suppliers. These suppliers include but are not limited to paper or label stock suppliers, machine repair specialists, electricity providers and couriers. If your order is urgent, you are welcome to collect your products from 23/45 Powers Road, Seven Hills. We currently use Australia Post, TNT and personal delivery (only for orders close to Seven Hills). If your order is lost from one of our delivery suppliers, we will reprint your product but cannot be held liable for delayed delivery.
The storage of the labels affects the adhesion and print quality of the labels. Please store in a cool and controlled climate with low humidity. We cannot be held liable for the deterioration of the quality of the labels that have not been stored in such circumstances. This includes but is not limited to labels stored in hot warehouses or even in an outdoor environment.
