How long does it take for my custom wine labels to be printed? It takes up to 5 working days for your order to be printed and despatched. If you require them earlier please let us know.

What sizes are available for the wine labels? The most common sizes available are: 98mm x 140mm, the top of this label has rounded edges and the bottom has square edges (see below to view the shape), or 139mm x 99mm if you prefer a rectangle label with square edges. I'm not sure what you mean about the shape of 98mm x 140mm with round edges on the top and straight edges on the bottom?
I don't like the rounded top of the label can I just have a rectangle? Yes, you sure can. The size of rectangle label is 139mm x 99mm.
Are your wine labels water resistant and suitable for fridge use and ice buckets? The stock that we use is called WLK 202. It is available in both matt and gloss finish and is designed by the wine industry especially to go on to wine bottles. This makes it ideal when you need good water resistance but not at the high cost of waterproof labels. Tested and proven on surfaces affected by condensation, dry and recycled bottles our wine labels will not slip or move after application. Although not completely waterproof, WLK 202 label stock gives excellent ice bucket performance, so the wine labels can be immersed in an ice bucket without disintegrating.
Do you charge extra for artwork? We provide basic typesetting free of charge. However, we do charge extra for logo design or creation or purchase of other images. You may provide us with your own artwork which we will use free of charge, however there may be an additional charge if we have to improve/alter the artwork that you have provided.
How will I receive my labels? All of our wine labels are supplied on sheets of A4. There are 4 labels to a page.
